only spent a couple of weeks at the club before his contract was
terminated. Coaching staff of the team were dissatisfied with the
physical condition of a former Euroleague champion and used the clause

consecutive year! Barcelona took their revenge over the Black and
Whites, the only team that has beaten them in this Euroleague, beating
them in 'Blaugrana' by the score 82:64 (22:16, 14:14, 25:12, 21:22).

Week 6 MVP: Romain Sato, Montepaschi Siena
The Top 16 came to an end with a farewell performance by Romain Sato of
Montepaschi Siena being good enough earn him the MVP honor for Week 6.
It marked second time this season that he won the weekly award. Sato
led Montepaschi to a 93-87 home win against Efes Pilsen with 22 points
on 6-of-9 two-pointers and 7-of-7 free throws. Read more here.

Quarterfinal Playoffs 2010
The road to the 2010 Final Four in Paris saw eight more teams get off
at the end of the Top 16 and only eight remain for the Quarterfinal

Assembly: New basketball rules
The ABA Sidro General Assembly, which was held in Ljubljana on Monday,
8th of March 2010, confirmed the latest change of basketball rules,
which was announced by FIBA. The new rules will be in use since the
beginning of the 2010/11 season. At the same time it was decided that
all basketball halls in which NLB League games are played should have
the minimum capacity of 2.000 seats since the 2010/11 season.
